George Fossett, 73, of Matthews, NC, passed away Monday, August 29, 2016. There will be a visitation from 3 to 4 PM on Saturday, Sept. 3, 2016 at Mt. Moriah Missionary Baptist Church, 381 Crestdale Road in Matthews. A service to celebrate Mr. Fossett's life will follow at 4 PM, also at the church. Simply Cremations of Charlotte is serving the family of Mr. Fossett.
